By accessing or using LaunchPad AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LaunchPad AI provides AI-powered business productivity tools. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and outputs should be independently verified before reliance.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
